Rum steak / Sirloin / Fillet
Line fish accompanied by sundried tomatoes/basil pesto pearl couscous
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Depending wether the customer is looking for something specific then we will make the dishes according to their instructions. When given the freedom we will create multiple menus and let the pic the one that best suites them.
What do you love most about your job?
Exposing my customers to new cuisine and the freedom to express myself on a plate gives the out most joy and seeing the satisfaction from my customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As much as i love the culinary industry i wanted to create something where i can personally engage with my customers so they can also have a better understanding of the food making process and reasons why certain thing are made the way are. The love for food drove me to start my own business.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All employees are vaccine. we wear protective gear such as gloves, masks(if requested),hair nets, we carry sanitisers and have proper kitchen cleaning equipment.
