P.s. Ride & Coach is not a “Learn how to ride” course; it is a “change your life” experience.

Counselling to Coaching offers several counselling sessions before ultimately moving into coaching. Counselling will help you heal, but coaching will help you grow and thrive.
Counselling provides confidential support by an objective person who has your best interests in mind.
The counsellor also offers you a professional space wherein you may talk about and work through your problems.
However, the “counsellor-coach” also aims to help you learn, grow and mature from your experience into becoming better, stronger and more equipped to being the best version of yourself.
