How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Check the foundation. If it requires underpinning for extra load, then consult a structural engineer. Also check brickwork if adequate to carry extra additional load. Is garage big enough to accept additional rooms. Is there any water and sewer lines nearby?
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Step 1: Check if what you want is allowed by local municipal bylaws and within building line
Step 2: Appoint architect/certified municipal draughtsman to draw plans and submit to council
Step 3: Get cost to construct either via Quantity Surveyor or reputable building contractor
Step 4: After approved plans, appoint contractor with an industry approved building contract in place.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
If the load bearing rafters/trusses can handle extra suspended floor
Is there enough height in the ceiling void to accommodate extra floorspace.
Check for any services such as plumbing and electrical reticulations and of this will affect the design.

1 year guarantee. If we enter into a JBCC contract, then a 5 year structural guarantee applies.

No. Online or remote services is effective only at pre-construction phase, but once construction started, then the most effective method of communication is one-on-one meetings and scheduled monthly progress meetings.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our fellow colleagues have been vaccinated. Our Health & Safety File has also been amended to cover all aspects relating to Covid-19.
