Started working as a builder in 1999, with Murray and Roberts. Until 2008 after doing attachment with same. 2009 joined H. Bhudhu construction until 2012. Joined another smaller company as a foreman until 2015 then started my own company in the same year and registered in 2016. Have never looked back since then and have worked all over KZN and Eastern Cape. But on arrangement can do bigger projects outside of these 2 provinces with our committed and very dedicated and very experienced workers who have bee with us since 2018 till to-date.

1 year for plumbing works because KZN has different weather patterns even though we have never had any customers asking for return job. We have reduced electrical guarantees to 6 months because of power outages caused by Eskom as some areas had power outages every day for the whole month. Housing guarantee is 15 years unless caused by natural disaster like storms or over flooding. Painting is 3 years guarantee as the sea breezes causes fading in Colour of wall paints caused by vapors from sea. We use special paints from well known trade marks like Dulux or Plascon that have their paints given a 7 - 10 year guarantee and for decking we get from Afrisam that proved to be very reliable and experienced in all sizes of decking concrete.

I love it if my customers feel the value added to their properties which gives a smile to their faces when we pack and leave the site leaving them to enjoy their comfort of their homes. It makes me feel proud.

Giving advice to many people who wanted to build new homes or renovate their homes and working as a builder myself and as a foreman I gained a lot of experience supervising and running big projects. Some used to ask me to just come advice or supervise their projects so that gave me courage even though we had some diffulties in the first 4 years we pulled through to where we are now.

Punctuality and planning ahead makes us go in front of other contractors that helps us finish our projects in time or slightly befethe agreed time frames so we save customers time and money especially to those who were renting and would like to move to their new homes. We make them feel relieved by moving into their new homes soon enough.

No not really. I can advice some customers over the phone even if they are not going to build in the near future but they have the picture of what to expect and rough budget for them to prepare in time so that helps them to plan ahead.

We have arranged site visits by customers to be twice a week at 4 pm unless we meet with the engineers or municipality inspector so there is not much mingling with construction workers on site.
