What do you love most about your job?
I like interacting with people. And according to Maslow, (an American psychologist who’s best known for his pyramid of needs, a theory of psychological health predicated on fulfilling innate human needs in priority, culminating in self-actualization), everybody has the need to do so. But next to my social life, I’m happy that my job allows me to put that into practice. As a Managing Director I communicate with both people inside and outside the organization.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The main inspiration for starting my own business is my entrepreneurial spirit. There are also successful people whom I admired in my lifetime. A history of entrepreneurs in my family has been a major influence and I have a strong desire to succeed for a purpose much bigger than myself.
