What do you love most about your job?
Building talent and creating a healthy working environment where diversity is appreciated and talent is natured.
Seeing people take more responsibility gives me the greatest of pleasures.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I felt like I had so much to offer and to be confined in one company was limiting me. I want to make a contribution in the South African People landscape.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have experience not only in HR but also in operations and I understand the business of business, I have a Masters degree in coaching and extensive experience working with leaders at senior level. i am a black female who has been in the corporate space for 30 years and therefor understand that world very well. I can partner with companies to help build people.

The work that I do can be provided online. I do most of my coaching online and have meetings with clients online. a lot of companies are comfortable working online.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Besides keeping the social distancing and wearing of masks, face to face engagements are limited to those that have vaccinated and have certificate to prove.
