Unfortunately they don't live up to the good report. They call me and ask me to test my system. "I say what? You know my system is dead, and I keep calling you guys to fix it" " Oh! is the reply, I will have someone look into it" Its going on to the second month now, and I am seriously doubting them. I am still paying the each month for a non working system, to protect my assets. Actually, no doubt their right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing, I don't think their technicians are qualified either. This is going on since Nov 23, and we 2 days to new year. They must just admit they cant fix it and bow out. SUXS More...
