Legal Outsourcing Consultants (LoC) offers the comprehensive capabilities and deep industry knowledge necessary to answer and/or review any legal document, question or argument.
LoC consists of three admitted, non-practicing attorneys, with experience in legal writing and document drafting, as well as an Information Technology Service Delivery Executive who is experienced in legal technology, its application, use and benefits.​
All services are offered in conjunction with the attorneys and the Information Technology Service Delivery Executive, so as to provide both a legal and technological service delivery perspective. ​
Although L.O.C is a small team, we are experienced researchers and analysts that are committed to servicing our clients beyond expectation by doing everything within our power to provide the most affordable, effective and efficient legal consultancy services .

Legal research is completed with an in-depth, detailed research report with a comprehensive summary of the search outcome and a full bibliography, with an optional choice of receiving the materials consulted in hard or soft copy.​
Legal research is offered on all questions of law and/or in respect of all jurisdictions.
The Legal Research conducted is fully customizable in terms of : extent of research, number of pages, number of hours or on the selection of a fixed pricing package.

Legal Analysis and Editing
Document Review is offered on all legal notices, documents and/or correspondence, ensuring professionalism in spelling, grammar and sentence construction with an objective analysis of the argument being presented.
It entails a detailed analysis of the legal argument put forth, providing an objective opinion on the logic and reasoning presented in support of a claim or defence.

LoC also offers litigation support services which include summarizing available evidentiary documents that have been supplied by the client together with an opinion on whether the said evidence would be beneficial or detrimental to the clients matter, claim and/or argument.
Additionally LoC conducts legal research across all local and international legal sources , providing a summary on any relevant research materials that would impact a clients matter, with a copy of all sources consulted .
Furthermore LoC can also assist in drafting or confirming the content of discovery affidavits to be used in a clients legal matter.

Legal Drafting
LoC can assist in the drafting of any form of correspondence, whether it be a letter of demand or a follow up letter, addressed to an individual, opposing law firm , corporate business or public body, including the Courts and Master Offices.
All correspondence is drafted formally, based on the instructions provided by the legal practitioner or individual client, either on LoC’s letter head or on any letter head provided by the client (legal practitioner or individual). Once correspondence has been completed and approved, an option exists for the client legal practitioner or individual to have delivery attended to by LoC via courier (for the clients account) or alternatively itself proceed to arrange for delivery. Where courier is used the way bill will be sent to the client as soon as is reasonably possible.
