I am passionate about helping moms get lean and get their confidence back.

I discovered the science of fat loss in my late 30's after many years of desperately trying to lose weight with different programs such as banting, paleo and just eating as little as possible combined with hours in the gym trying to get rid of my post pregnancy weight, especially the belly!

None of these programs were sustainable for me as I would get some results but would soon fall off the wagon and had to start all over again several times. Little did I know that my metabolism was slowing down when I was not eating enough foods or that I can actually have bread and pizza and still lose weight.

Once I discovered how to maximise fat loss, I attained astonishing results and now at the age of 39 with two teenage kids, I am in the best shape of my life. Helping women has now become my passion and my clients experience phenomenal results, both mentally and physically. I help them change their relationship with food to stop the yo-yo dieting, binge eating and we put a stop to starting over again.

When you are not deprived of certain food groups, you will no longer binge eat and you will live a more enjoyable life which in turn will have a positive impact on your mental health.

This program is about sustainable results, having support (You will be connected with like minded people who meet often to celebrate their success together) and loving the body you live in!
