What kind of accounting services do you provide?
I provide processing of cashbook, allocations, monthly journals, reconciliations of general ledger accounts as well as monthly management accounts.

Working with numbers and seeing the end-result that will assist the business owner in knowing exactly what is his companies financial position.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Covid 19 lead me to the decision of starting my own business after being retrenched for the second time. I see a need for the smaller companies that can't afford a full-time accountant to know what is really happening in their business and assisting them in making sound decisions.
Why should our clients choose you?
With my services being remotely and a cloud based system, there is no need for the client to pay for unnecessary office space and accounting programs.
My services will leave the owner with more time to focus on growing his/her business and know that the books are take care of.

All of the services that I offer can be provided online or remotely. I will use cloud based accounting software that the client will also be able to access.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My services are offered online or remotely. Online meetings can be held in order to minimise any contact between myself and clients.
Bookkeeping
This will include processing of customer and supplier invoices. Processing of banking transactions as well as monthly bank reconsiliations.
This will be done up to trial balance. Investigations into the expense categories will also be done to assure correct allocations.
Accounting
This will include monthly journals, corrections journals as well as income statement and balance sheet reconsiliations.
Upkeep of the asset register will also form part of this service.
Monthly management accounts that include income statement, balance sheet as well as a cash flow statement.
Taxation
Taxation includes VAT, PAYE and income tax calculations, submissions and subsequent SARS audit requirements.
