How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Firstly the art is in getting to know the client, their food preferences, allergies. What they would prefer mostly and the type of setting that will be catered for.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people, food is my first love so i really enjoy being in the kitchen and doing what i do best. The satisfaction my clients get at the end of the day is unmatched.
