We have more than 20years experience inthe building industry with a huge portion of this time being spent in the residential market. Our recent projects have been spent working in Estates like Serengeti Golf Estate.

DJ & KEV Construction commenced operations in 2003 but the director had been working as a foreman 7 years prior.

The conversion of a concept on a drawing to the creation of the actual structure. This provides satisfaction to the heart only matched by spousal love.

Our Occupational Health and Safety teams adapted the latest safety policies sensitising the covid 19 aspect. A whole separate covid 19 safety file is being utilised by DJ & KEV Construction

Services

We register approved home drawings with the NHBRC.
Construction of the new home: site establishment, land surveying, setting out the structure, construction of foundations( strip, raft or pile foundations), construction of the superstructure as per drawings upto finishes.
Project management: project tracking including providing reports.

We attend to emergency issues such as plumbing and electrical failures as well unforseen sudden bad weather damages to buildings.
Planned maintenence covering all trades in the construction of a home, inclusive of repairing of walls, paint, roof repairs, floors repairs, waterproofing.

Partioning of interiors of buildings majorly in commercial buildings.
We erect drywall boards, doors and shopfronts to a painted finish.
