We are a small business that started in 2015 as a Renovations company named Silvas and from there with experience and dedication we grew into a very experienced company that works hand in hand with our clients and offer a full turnkey solution to any Renovation or new build project, te keep up with the laws in South Africa we registered Dasilcon Build Projects (Pty)Ltd in 2020 which is NHBRC registered which also gives us the opportunity to take on bigger and better Builds and offering more services to our clients.

What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most is when we start a new project and once we get to the finish picture that reveal is so rewarding
What inspired you to start your own business?
There was a gap in the market where Builders always use sub contractors we do our work ourselves unless otherwise required by law for the purpose of COC

We work hand in hand with the client nothing get installed or altered without the clients approval and we keep within budget and time frame

As our work is physically labor we do not work online, we come to you and do your new Build or Renovation

All our employees get screened and sanitized daily before arrival at the client house
