I had an event where numbered were only confirmed 6 days before (total 90 people for lunch and 90 for snack boxes) to be held in a remote location with few facilities. Vanita made a plan and she and her team worked tirelessly to make it happen. All hiccups were handled efficiently and plans were made and on the day we had 180 happy, satisfied guests.
