I cannot recommend Natalie highly enough! From our assessment, which was an absolute disaster (I didn't think she would return!
) to our rescue pooch walking like an absolute star in just a week, she has taken such an interest and is always willing to give advice over the phone at any time.
You can see from the moment she arrives that she is absolutely passionate about her job and she treats your furbabies like her own. She has the most calming manner with the most anxious of dogs and puts everyone at ease. I am so happy we found her and would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I have two boxers, both 2 years old and they are ENERGETIC! I really struggled to get them to walk on a leash because they would walk me instead. Natalie helped to show me the techniques of getting them to understand that you are the one in control and they need to focus on what you are doing while walking. What a wonderful experience working with Natalie! Natalie has a true love for animals and my puppy took to her immediately.
Using her techniques, my puppy learnt quickly and he thoroughly enjoyed the sessions. It is also worth mentioning that Natalie is very professional and her communication is excellent. I will definitely keep in touch and start “outside” training once he has had all his injections and is safe to go to public places.

Heard about BonaFido training through a friend who had great results. Natalie was incredible with Mr Poggs. Before Natalie, Pogo would always pull on the lead, leaving him choking and me with a sore back. Walks were not a fun for either of us! But since Natalie taught Pogo about loose lead walking, it’s an absolute joy to take him for a walk. The best money ever spent on Mr Poggs! The rewards of seeing people build better relationships with their dogs. Seeing how much people benefit from a better understanding of how their dogs communicate.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have had a passion for dogs since an early age and have finally been able to open my own training business after a lot of hard work!!

I am passionate and dedicated to helping all dogs and owners! I love a good challenge and am very aware that all people and dogs are individuals. My training is based on scientifically proven methods of positive reinforcement and will change the way people interact with and understand their Fido companions.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Training is done in an environment where clients in group settings are spaced out in an open air field. I am also willing to abide by any safety COVID requests my clients might need.
