The BEST decision!!! I was struggling with health issues and motivation. I was terrified to start something I might not want to finish. At the same time I knew it was critical to start doing something. I'm so glad I did! I train with weights 2 says a week and do Zumba 1 day a week. Ricardo and Ayda are amazing! They are very aware of my health history, limitations, and strengths. My workouts are fun, challenging, and extremely effective. Both my physical and mental health have improved and my doctor is shocked at the difference in me. I would highly recommend Send Me A Pro to anyone out there struggling to get started on the road to better health!

Looking for a replacement for my housekeeper of several years who unfortunately took ill, I reached out to multiple services. I was dismayed to find a slew of "add-ons" in addition to a normal hourly or job rate - windows, fridge, inside kitchen cabinets, the list went on. Wasn't looking for a bargain rate, just a methodology I could relate to. Fortunately I came across Krystal cleaning and spoke with Nick, who instantly "got me."
