What makes a great website?

Well Designed and Functional - We all have seen examples of good and bad design, learning how to deliver good designs takes time, and is a skill that is honed over time.

Easy to Use - If the website is not easy to use or easy to navigate visitors will be frustrated and in the end this will reflect poorly on your brand

Optimized for Mobile - 70-80% or more of your visitors will probably be using a tablet or their phone. Todays websites must be mobile friendly.

Fresh, Quality Content - We all have been to a great looking website, but noticed there is very little content and the content that is there is nothing new or is not relevant. Focusing on Content will always pay off. Quality is better than quantity on the internet.

Readily accessible contact and location - Making sure visitors can find your contact information or the company address quickly will improve engagement. We have all been frustrated trying to find an address, phone number or email address, and these are things to be avoided.

Clear calls to action - What do we expect or want the visitors to do once they visit the website? This information should be clear and easy to find. What we want them to do may change, but finding it should always be easy.

Optimized for Search and the Social Web -There is nothing worse than spending the time and money to build a great looking website, with great content, that nobody can find. There are lots of tricks ant tips to getting your website noticed and they should be part of any website development plan.

What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?

What are your goals for the project?
What are your points of pain?
What is your budget?

The last one is always the hardest to answer, but it helps me advise the right solution for the project.

What do you love most about your job?

Two things -
1. I love meeting new people and helping them with their ideas and dreams. I live to make people happy and I aim to please!
2. I am always meeting new people and helping them with projects I would never have dreamed of doing.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Like most people, I felt too constrained in the corporate world. Things were always black and white, and I see gray. I feel solutions should fit the problem, and in the corporate world the solution is always what they offer or sell.

Why should our clients choose you?

I am honest, real and I care. I'm a USAF Veteran, and I have over 20 years experience - so I have a reputation to uphold and I am proud of my company and our work.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes, due to covid we are 100% remote these days. Our team works via Zoom and Skype, and we use all the online project management tools, such as Trello, Assana, Basecamp etc. We will visit you if requested, but we are just as comfortable meeting you in a zoom.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

We seldom have in person meetings unless we need to see their facility. We leverage all the online tools to provide the same services remotely.
