With more than six years of UI/UX design and software development experience under my belt, I craft hyper-fast JAMstack sites through my Northern Virginia-based web agency, Paonix. Transparency is the name of the game. You might be wondering what this "JAMstack" thing is I mentioned earlier. JAMstack sites are different from traditional CMS-based (such as WordPress) websites. They may be compiled to a static bundle, which makes deployment and hosting cost-effective and quick. JAMstack-based sites allow for more flexibility for both the client and developer. Note that just because my sites don't use WordPress/Joomla/[insert overused CMS here] doesn't mean you can't edit all aspects of the site—I'll work with you to ensure that you have just the right amount of flexibility with your site. Using this methodology, I've developed everything ranging from intricate e-commerce portals for a large number of users to sleek portfolio sites for individuals.
Q: Will I be able to edit the site?
A: Absolutely. Using a "headless" content management system (CMS), you'll be able to manage all aspects of the site. I'll work with you so that the CMS will include just the right amount of flexibility, but not excessively to the point where you can't intuitively manage the site.
Q: Do you create mobile applications as well?
A: No. However, all websites that I create will be completely responsive, which means that a single website will be able to adapt to screens of all sizes.
