I have had the privilege of working with Off the Grid Fit for the past 9 years. The coaching I have received has been awesome and allowed me to succeed in ways I never could have done on my own.
As a result of individualized and sport specific workouts I have successfully competed in marathons, half marathons, Spartan trifecta, Physique competition, and an Ironman 70.3. I was able to place in the top 3 of my age group in many of these events.
Working on strengths and weaknesses is a definite strength of the coaching. Training to keep from injury is something I truly appreciate. The response to pain is quick and has kept me from hurting myself on many occasions.

Training Day is the best fitness center I know of in Portland. All the trainers here are very highly educated in Functional Movement and are experts in analyzing and prescribing strength training-based rehab recommendations. I have been going here for almost 2 years and love it!
