I AM YOUR ONE STOP PERSONAL TRAINER! I know what it takes to lose weight and keep it off. I use to weight 301lbs. I’m now 165lbs. No surgery just meals plans and exercising. I’m new to thumbtack but not new to fitness. Every client that I work with gets A1 service along with custom meal plans, Workout plans, weight management, personal training and food coaching. I’m not like a lot of trainers who never was overweight. I was (before pictures attached). I know what it feels like mentally and physically. I also know the secret to keep it off and I will like to show you. YOU READY?!

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

New Muscle Personal Training offers 5 tiers of training: Level 1, 2, 3, Executive Coach and CEO Coach. Whether you are a beginner in fitness, an athlete, or actor looking to reach short-term fitness goals such as working with a studio for a movie role, RPT has a variety of trainers suitable to meet your needs.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Patience is the key to a good client-trainer relationship. Trainers should understand that what works for one client may not work for another. I do an assessment of your body when you first meet to familiarize themselves with your needs.

I also find a comfortable pace for my client to workout. Some clients may progress at a faster rate, while others may require more coaching and assistance.

"I love teaching and the journey of helping people find their bodies again," she says.

What do you love most about your job?

While it's important to maintain a close relationship with a client, there also needs to be a level of professionalism.

I carry their water and get them a towel if they need one -- similar to service they would receive at a five-star hotel.

Lastly, the clothes your trainer wears should be simple and plain. The attention should be on the client -- not the trainer's phone.

What inspired you to start your own business?

LaVelle started working in the fitness industry back in 2000. Through years of personal development, he finally chose to follow his passion and extend his knowledge of the industry and make it his career.

LaVelle is certified by the International Sports Science Association along with having a bachelors degree from the USC. He was a fitness author for a Friday column that went into a monthly newsletter out by USC's Fitness as well as a fitness expert for numerous work out videos.

When choosing a trainer it is always important to see eye to eye on goals and with clients from all ages, backgrounds, and objectives, LaVelle has been able to connect with each and everyone one of them to help them achieve their fitness needs.

Why should our clients choose you?

Finding a personal trainer who makes you feel comfortable enough to expose your biggest flaws can be challenging. But they're called "personal" trainers for a reason -- they're there to guide you to your personal fitness goals, and to do so, they need to fit with your personality. Make sure there's chemistry. I've been overweight before. I know what you're going through and how it feels. I also know what it takes to keep the weight off.
