How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?

There is no question that a diet rich in whole, plant-based, unprocessed foods creates an internal environment for vitality and wellbeing, affecting us down to the genetic level. Food is ultimately about nourishing our body, mind and spirit. The body knows the difference between nutrients from the earth and chemicals produced in a factory and responds accordingly.

What do you love most about your job?

I am deeply committed to and passionate about sharing the knowledge and tools to facilitate a transformative experience. Optimal health, vitality and an inner tranquility are a realistic goal for every human being. I love being a part, albeit a small one, of that journey.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was quite ill with undiagnosed Lyme disease. Drugs made me worse as did the overwhelming fear of not understanding why I was so ill. After many years and a lot of money, I realized that the ball was in my court. My inner terrain need live and support, not toxic drugs with toxic side effects. So I left my job and began a journey to learn as much as I could about the foundation of health. I studied nutrition, yoga, meditation, energy healing, behavioral neurology and more. I began to reclaim my power... the ability to really listen to the wisdom of my body. It took time and I am well as a result. This knowledge is our birthright and I love teaching each client to rediscover what they already know about their true self.

Why should our clients choose you?

Because I am good at at what I do. Over the last nine years, clients have lost and kept off significant weight, eliminated medications, reduced BP and glucose levels, resolved gastric intestinal problems, and adapted habits that support the person they want to be . This work, to be successful, requires a commitment of the heart and soul. It is incredibly rewarding.
