First, as a massage therapist specializing in Medical, Sports, and Corporate Massage, as my practice grew, I became certified by ACE as a personal trainer to address clients' needs who were asking for more advice regarding specific exercises and stretching.

I provide and am certified as a Whole Person Coach. My training allows to work with the entire person in all aspects of their lives. As no part of our lives exist in a vacuum, I never ask my clients to silo any part of their lives outside of the coaching process.
