Here at Aura Light, we focus at a multidimensional scale, for everything is interconnected. Life Coaching Process What to expect? Before you can go anywhere, you have to know where you are starting. We will have a 15 to 20 minute introduction session. We will get to know each other and find out: What your challenges are? Where you want to be? What's holding you back? Create a plan going forward. Following this, we will start our regular sessions.
