I love empowering women to step into their true wants and needs. A lot of times it seems like things are just the way they are and we cannot change them. Although that is true, we have a choice to stay or change what situations we engage with. We always have a choice.
What inspired me is my own transformation with life coaching. I sought coaching to help me be a better person in relationships (post my 2nd divorce). What I found are amazing tools that quite literally changed every aspect of my life. I became a better friend, boss and mom. I want to share what I've learned with other women so that they can be empowered to live life on their terms.
I am a well rounded individual. By that I mean, I've had my share of varied experiences. I grew up in an abusive home, was a ward of the court, first in my family to attend and graduate from college. I have worked in community services helping the underserved populations and I made a successful career for myself in the manufacturing and distribution industry where I lead an organization through multiple spurts of growth from $3 million to nearly $20 million, as their VP of Operations. My tools can be used in professional and personal settings. I am 100% invested in my clients' success.
