Sam and his "Puppy Preschool" have done wonders for our puppy and we would HIGHLY recommend. Taking our puppy Cooper to Sam's sessions has been one of the best decisions we have made for our puppy. Cooper is a small Pomeranian, we signed him up for puppy class hoping he would gain some confidence and burn off some energy. Cooper was a little shy during his first class but we kept bringing him back and he completely came out of his shell. Cooper now believes he is a German Shepard and has the confidence to interact with any dog. Not only has Cooper been able to gain confidence and have a blast while doing so, but me and Cooper's mother have learned a TON from Sam on tips and tricks on how to raise a puppy. We are EXTREMELY grateful for Sam and his "Puppy Preschool".

I have worked with Alpha Dog twice in the last 11 years and both times the results have been great. In early 2003, Jeff helped us train Noodle, our Anatolian Shepherd puppy. Anatolians are livestock guardian dogs, so they are bred to think independently and do what they think is best. This makes them quite challenging to train. Luckily, Jeff helped us train Noodle, with amazing results. Other Anatolian owners were always surprised that we could take her hiking and other places off leash, and she always came when called. Her early training stayed with her throughout her entire life, and she was a really great dog. Unfortunately, she passed away in late 2013, and so then we got Otto, also an Anatolian Shepherd. This time Jeff sent Tyler to work with us. The results were also great, though Otto has definitely been more challenging than Noodle was. Tyler and Jeff helped us work through quite a few of Otto's issues, both with in-person training and with phone and email follow up advice that was very helpful. Otto is still a work in progress, but he is getting better every day and we know we have Alpha Dog to help us when we need them. [Disclaimer: my husband and I have no relationship with Jeff or anyone else from Alpha Dog other than the 2 times they have helped us train dogs.]

We've been using Camp Bow Wow for over a year and half. Our dog stays with them for their day camp regularly and occasionally boards. The staff is great - they are great with dogs & owners, always very courteous, but what I love about going in there is that they know MY dog. They'll update me on what he did that day, if he played a bunch, took an extra long nap, acted different, etc. If they think something is wrong, they'll call me at work. They take care of him and my husband and I really appreciate that. Our dog gets so excited when we pull up to Camp Bow Wow. And I love being able to watch him on the web cams (which they just recently upgraded and is much clearer). We have never had a negative experience and will continue using Camp Bow Wow for daycare and boarding.

Rini - "I was inspired to start working as a trainer when I rescued a 4 month old puppy out of a small shelter in GA (3 days before Christmas 2017). She was on deaths door (Literally, she was scheduled to be put down the following day) and yet she was so full of life and love. All she wanted was a squeeky toy and some love! She showed me exactly how much talent I had with younger pups, as she tested my limits in training her. She is now my Demo dog for all my training services and shes only 10 months old!"
Rini - "Every dog is different, just like no two people are the same. Many trainers have a 'one size fits all' training approach and that just isn't going to always work. I work with the dog to see and feel how the DOG learns. That way its easier for them to understand exactly what we are asking of them. Some dogs are a little hard headed and thats okay. Others are super food motivated and so we'll use that to our advantage while working with them. Notice I said 'we'. I mean you (the client) and I. I love working with the owners and their dogs. While I do offer Board and Train options, having YOU work with your dog is the end goal. Lets get you two loving life together!"
