I won a free session for my dog thanks to TNR Passaic and We Are One K9 Training, and it was so amazing! The trainer was so kind, patient, wise, and lovely to us. First the trainer analyzed the things that my dog struggle to learn or have to be reinforced, and then she explained to me what she’s going to do with my dog in a such nice and understanding way then she started teaching my dog. My dog was able to catch all things what she taught him. The trainer took her time to teach not rushed and she even gave me a collar for my dog, and allowed me to practice with him all the things that she taught him. Justin truly is the San Diego dog whisperer. My wife and I recently decided it was time to search for a private trainer for our 3 year old golden retriever in order to get a handle on some of his bad habits. After looking through yelp, Justin's overwhelming reviews made him the pretty obvious choice. We decided we might as well go with the best if we really wanted to commit to a trainer. The wait was well worth it as after just our first two hour session yesterday, the differences have been night and day. Justin's passion for dogs and helping people learn to properly communicate with their dog was immediately obvious. He truly cares about his techniques being effective long after he leaves. It was so amazing to see how well our dog would respond to us within minutes of learning Justin's exercises for communication. Our amazement only continued to grow once we went outside for leash training. Walks have always been a mix of either being pulled, or needing to pull when the brakes are put on to sniff every smell or lunge toward any passing dog. His leash skills improved quickly yesterday and to our amazement stuck overnight as I was able to easily write this review while walking him..which would have been an impossible task in the past. The exercises to maintain his training take little time at all and we are very much looking forward to having such a well-behaved, responsive dog. Great, Great just great!Prior to taking a much needed trip, I needed someone capable who I could trust to walk my extremely leash reactive german shepherd and upon coming across Dominik I decided to give him a try. I really couldn't be more happier or ask for a more positive experience, the guy is great with dogs, extremely knowledgeable and I did not expect the results I saw with my dog after introducing him to Dominik. I cannot say enough about how great our experience with Jennifer has been. My little Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix, Lola, absolutely loves her auntie Jennifer. Lola is always so excited to see Jennifer and often waits for her at the door, even on days when she's not scheduled for walks. We have been working with Jennifer for both walks and training sessions. She was very instrumental in helping our dog adjust to her papa. Lola is a rescue with a history of abuse and was very fearful of men in general. With Jennifer's help and training Lola's relationship with her papa slowly grew from fearful to very caring and loving. After my years at this Animal Hospital/Boarding Facility, I decided to put that experience to good use. As a result, I went to the Academy of Canine Education and learned several diverse approaches to Dog Training. During this time I logged in more than 100 hours working as a Dog Trainer's assistant where I assisted in many different ways. From observing, learning and helping, to instructing clients relating to their dog's progress and their owners in group like settings. I have a signed letter showing this in full detail. As well as other credentials. Similarly, I graduated this program in 2005 and to this day, I've been training dogs and their owners independently, thus instructing group training classes, conducting private training lessons consulting with clients and training hands-on with one or more dogs while having my own past Dog Day Care establishment. Additionally, I've accumulated more than 75 hours of experience in volunteering at a local animal shelter, consulting with another trainer about current cases and designing training plans. Furthermore, I've developed techniques to strengthen the dog and owner bond. I also have demonstration videos showing this and at the same time I often take a video of a client with his/her dog doing a routine training exercise. If they're not doing it correctly, I would not say anything but capture it and play it back. Thus, they would see what they did wrong and learn from it. In addition, they would see what they did right and remember it. At the same time I feel that the owner is the best Dog Trainer for their dog and I make that possible. I have numerous references. The owner is the best dog trainer in the world for their dog. Reason being is because of the fact that the owner is with the dog most of the time, not the trainer. It is my job to instruct the owner to bring out the full potential of the dog and that includes proper housebreaking to walking off-leash. In addition, a dog can be trained to do commands. But, that same dog could have issues. I tackle those issues in a unique method that makes me stand out.
