Often our suffering is made more intense by remembering past suffering and worrying about future suffering. If we can stay in the moment and focus on what is happening in the here and now, our suffering will be greatly reduced. Rethinkology123 uses DBT and other workable ways to help you become a better person. In DBT there are three primary ways we use to refer to our states of mind. They are: (1) Emotion Mind, (2)Reasonable Mind, and (3) Wise Mind. You will also learn Distress Skills There are four groups of crisis survival strategies: Distraction, Self-Soothing, Improving the Moment, Pros and Cons. All of these are strategies that help us to get though difficult feelings and situations, to tolerate (deal with, get through, sit with, accept) the things that we can't immediately change. This is one of the keys to DBT skill usage, to find some of these skills and techniques that work for you, to practice them until they are part of your everyday life and you can call them up whenever you need them. What do you love most about your job?

Assisting others to get through everyday life with the least amount of stress, pain and confusion.

What inspired you to start your own business?

The desire to provide a more meaningful transformation emotionally than could be provided working in an office setting. I wanted to use real everyday life situations to help others refocus and rethink their emotions in settings or situations they are most familiar with.

Why should our clients choose you?

I care. I also feel and understand having my own life experiences working with adults teens and the elderly. I’ve lived overseas in two other countries and see others stress and triggers from an international outlook. I realize through volunteer work and Client contact that no matter where you are in this world we all have a need to feel emotionally strong and healthy.

Yes I have online courses that have been prepared along with interactive calls in Zoom or Google Meet.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Working with them online. The pandemic has been difficult for everyone.Meeting online and having uploaded courses makes it easier to stay safe . Clients enjoy being in a home setting and getting the assistance that they need.
