After Hours Coaching

I have counseled and spoken on Self Growth, Success in Business, and Life for 25 years in four countries. I currently council Veterans as a full-time position. I love what I do but I miss working with all types of people with endless challenges. Please see my video reviews at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SvQ80IhtXCw People all over the world are facing challenges and stress, unlike anything we have faced before as well as familiar woes that I have dealt with for years. To help as many people as I can I am opening After Hours Coaching. I am Central Standard time in the United States and am taking a limited number of clients in the mornings and evenings. I generally meet for one hour online or in person. I always offer a free 30-minute introductory session, to see if we are a good fit. Always ask these questions before you work with any coach. 1. Can you get along with the Coach? Coaching in a very close relationship. The Coach will often challenge the client. 2. Do you and the coach have a similar worldview. You do not have at agree on everything, but base commonalities are critical. 3. Is the Coach Certified by a group or organization you have heard of or can easily find with a basic Google search? 4. Does the coach have a level of experience you are comfortable with? 5. Does the Coach offer a free introductory session? 6. Is there a fee structure in place that you can agree to? 7. Does the Coach offer a meaningful guarantee? Boring but important stuff. I have coached 100s of people for 25 years in 4 countries. I am a Founding Member of the John C. Maxwell Team of Coaches, Speakers and Teachers. I offer a Free 30 Minute introductory session. I have a 100% monthly money-back guarantee. If we sound like a good fit please contact me for your free introductory session.

What do you love most about your job?

At the risk of sounding trite, I love helping people succeed. The most important thing is to determine what success really means to each person. One size does not fit all! From a slightly selfish standpoint, I get a huge charge when a client makes a breakthrough large or small. Meeting people from all over the US and the world is a great bonus.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I come from a family of entrepreneurs and after serving 10 years in the US Air Force, where things were heavily controlled I really enjoy the freedom that comes with being and entrepreneur.

Why should our clients choose you?

A client should only see me if they ask these questions and think it is a good fit.

1. Can you get along with the Coach? Coaching in a very close relationship. The Coach will often challenge the client.
2. Do you and the coach have a similar worldview. You do not have to agree on everything, but base commonalities are critical.
