$350 to wash a handful of windows for a second story, 712 square foot apartment.  To be fair, Bryan explained to me that the price reflected the short notice and that my job would require his guys to work overtime (although he quoted me $250 for non-overtime work).  And I should add that he was very friendly and accommodating.  But for what simply could not have been more than an hour or so's worth of work, $350 seemed very excessive.  I will plan further ahead next time and buy a ladder and a bucket More...

The Window Doctor team was on time, very clear about what they'd be doing, how long it would take, etc. Most importantly (and impressively) they did exactly what I hoped for.  The windows glistened, the team was very quiet and they were fast. As the song goes, 'I can see clearly now' , so it goes with the Window Doctor. Not once, but twice in succession we used Bryan's team, and each visit left our home with sparkling, smudge-free glass. His men scurried up those ladders like a squirrel up a tree and and were thorough and finished quickly. And the how much factor was very reasonable. I have had the most amazing experience  with The Window Doctor. I had already had an appointment with another company but they  cancelled 5 times. .. I don't  have time for that. I run a business. I Googled window washers in sf and the Window Doctor  came up. I sent an email and got an almost immediate  response  inquiring  about amount of windows and very little else. I immediately  responded and got an appointment and an approximate  quote.  A great crew of four turned up today, very professional and respectful of our office, extremely  mannerly and professional. I had complete faith from the get go because  they were  flexible in that I could not have the inside of the windows done today as we had clients, not a word of derision , just "whatever you need we are here for you". Punctual, courteous, and they left my windows sparkling clean as well as recommending what to do about the various issues due to the age of the building and windows. These guys are amazing!After two of their competitors were no-shows (Intelligent and All Bright) the third time was a charm. Unlike these others, they didn't require a separate scheduled appointment to determine an estimate, but gave me a very competitive price upfront. The washers were prompt and super friendly. They did both interior and exterior panes for a very competitive price, even while I live rather high on a very steep hill. Upon finishing, all of SF appeared in technicolor. I can not say enough about the guys at Window Doctor.  They did an absolutely fantastic job-- our house was so bright from the sunlight that it looked like a brand new house. The windows were so clear that you couldn't tell there was glass there!  I coordinated with Bryan in the office as I was going to be at work that day. I left a key under the mat and a piece of tape on the windows I wanted cleaned, his guys called me to ask instructions on a couple things, and other than that they were in and out without me having to lift a finger.  My landlord runs a drycleaning business downstairs and they did not interfere with her business whatsoever-- she said her customers walked in and out without hindrance even though they were washing the windows' exterior directly above her doors.  The pricing was very inexpensive and they allowed me to pay afterwards to make sure I was totally satisfied-- believe me, I was. All I can say is "WOW!"  These guys were awesome.   They arrived perfectly on time and cleaned every inch of my 16 windows and 4 skylights perfectly.  Screens, too!  They were meticulous, friendly, professional and even took their shoes off.  There is not a speck of dirt on any of my windows despite some being in a tricky to reach location.  They were reasonably priced and a pleasure to deal with.  I can't wait to hire them again! They're great.They gave us a quote over the phone, which is a lot more convenient than someone first coming over & give an estimate, & then return  2nd time to do the work.  (They looked our place up on Google Maps, so they know what they're getting into.)Michael was on time, super-friendly, did an absolutely excellent job, was careful about cleaning up.  Couldn't ask for anything more.To top it off, Michael offered to do some more windows, that we hadn't requested.  He said - "your job is so easy, we can get it done in less than the time covered by the minimum charge - $225 - so we can do more windows & it won't cost you anything".  When someone offers to do something for free, just to be of more service to the customer - wow.We'll use Window Doctor again More...
