Coaching with Wesley has been an incredibly rewarding process. He constantly helps me to find questions I need to answer for personal growth. As a coach, he’s really good at making it about the individual he’s working with, and helping them to take charge of their own growth. I never left a session without a clear idea of what I could implement the next week. I would highly recommend working with Wesley. He’s easy to talk to, and his honesty puts you at ease. More...

Coaching sessions with Wesley are always an adventure. No matter the topic, Wesley has a way of asking questions that take us deep into the depths of my mind as we search for beliefs and motivations that drive actions. The deeper we go, the more rewarding it is. Not knowing fully what to expect out of coaching, I was pleasantly surprised at how much fun it was! Wesley is a wonderful, honest, and knowledgeable coach who truly cares for people. I’ve experienced a spike in my personal growth as a result of our sessions and I can’t thank Wesley enough for all the thought provoking conversations we’ve had. Highly recommend coaching with Wesley! More...

I have loved going deep in our coaching! Even as a coach sometimes I forget how much fun it can be to be coached myself. Thank you for giving me the chance to work with you, Mark.

Wesley has helped me so much in the past 6 months! His inqusitive mind but caring heart has helped me more than anything “think out” of my normal process of thinking and ultimately “think through” whatever seems to be on my mind. I am continued to be challenged if what it looks like to be “present”. Partnering with Wesley has helped me as a husband and new father, who works from home and whose job requires helping others to grow as well. Every time we talk, we go deep but are definitely both built up in the end. Thank you Wesley for everything! More...

Q&As

The AHA! moments. Working with a coach is a new thing for most of my clients so this doesn't happen as often in our first few sessions, but once we establish our alliance as coach and client new learning begins to flow. Knowing at the end of the day that my work empowers people to stand on their own and reach their ultimate vision for their lives gets me excited!

I was first introduced to coaching while working for an organization wanting to utilize coaching internally. After going through my first round of coach training I knew I wanted whatever I did for work to focus on creating a coaching culture. I thought working with educators would be a great place to start. After working as a public school teacher for a couple of years I realized my real passion was not to help teacher become better teachers, but I wanted to see healthy families. I knew I would be limited in time and energy if I taught full time and tried to coach as well, so Well House Coaching was born out of my personal desire to build a structure to support my vision of seeing healthy families!

Working with me will bring greater awareness to how you success in one area of life can be integrated in seemingly unrelated areas. I believe good time management is not so much an issue of not enough time as it is a poor allocation of our natural abilities and strengths. Some days we feel stuck in a routine, bad habits, etc. because we are simple living out the same routine story we have always accepted as normal. I can help you discover the new normal you want and guide you while you design the action necessary to live the life you want.

Services

Life often pulls us in many directions.
What if we could instead be propelled in the direction we want to go?
It's time to start letting your life work together.

Through bi-weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions I work with clients in excavating their core values by creating awareness and in turn creating structures and systems to support the vision that flows out of their values.

I do not limit topics; yet, I have found that my clients that get the most out of a coaching relationship with me are driven to have a healthy family.

In this particular work I use a coaching framework created by John Andrew Williams the founder of Coach Training EDU.

Through a ten session course I work with student to help them build their emotional intelligence and self-awareness which in turn helps them achieve the goals they have and earn the grades they want. Students who work with me through this program develop a personal leadership style and find their unique voice as they navigate the path into their next season of life whether it is high school graduation, college, or starting a career.

We work through exercises such as creating well-designed actions, busting limiting beliefs, and establishing trademarked values as tools in the coaching process. In the second half of the ten sessions students tend to take more ownership in setting the agenda as they begin to design their future.
