What do you love most about your job?
It's a creative outlet and it allows me to help people with something that comes easy to me (for some reason). I seem to have a knack at explaining technology to people in easy to understand terms and this makes me feel good that I can help people walk away with a better understanding of what's going on.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Flexibility in work schedule and the ability to achieve financial independence. It's been a dream come true and I'm very grateful for it! Even after 21 years!
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I have over 20 years of experience which means I probably have created a solution very similar to theirs and can deliver another just like it or better. Also, they may like the prices and quality that comes with it. Over the years, I've heard things like "you charge too little" and "you're doing it right, I don't know anyone else like you". Truth be told, I have had several clients slip me additional funds as bonuses as a total surprise. Amazing! Feels great!
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I can provide everything online with no problem. I've worked with off-shore resources when needed and have turned into quite the project manager as a result of having a can-do attitude. With that said, I don't mind driving out to assist on-site if the client feels this is important. It will cost more but some require it and I can certainly deliver this type of service. I also have no problem speaking to groups and assisting teams with support if needed.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To be respectful, I wear a mask indoors and follow social distance guidelines as much as possible.

We can deliver mockups upon request for custom websites. Having created over 1000 websites means we've really gotten good at this.

We offer Wordpress hosting as a specialty on our managed, well-provisioned, high speed servers. This is important and we take a lot of pride in this because Google likes websites to load as efficiently as possible.
We also offer guaranteed malware protection. This means that if your website should get hacked, we clean it up at no charge to you. Most of the competition claims to do the same but they do not include manual repair by a human. We do. It can be quite expensive.
