I highly, highly recommend Wayside Kennel Gear for their products and absolutely 5-star, fantastic service!! I recently purchased a bunch of lupine leashes, collars, and a kitty harness from them, and I couldn't be happier. They were super fast in getting in touch with me to acknowledge the order and to let me know about the availability of the products I had purchased. They gave me an ETA on when they were expecting to receive the products, and confirmed as soon as they had sent my stuff out. As I asked that the products be shipped to an international address, they were very, very quick on getting me the very best (and cheapest) shipping option, and even refunded me for paying too much for shipping. Such customer service these days is very, very rare! And I am more than satisfied with my experience ordering through wayside kennel gear! I've purchased several products from Wayside and have been more than happy with the collars, treats and toys. Best of all, Kim stands behind everything and makes sure you are satisfied.
Last year I purchased a collar for my neighbor's lab and found it to be too small. Well what a wonderful surprise, Kim agreed to exchange the collar a year later since she comes to a show here only once a year. What great customer service!
