I wish there was an option to attach photos to this review from screenshots of my conversation with Mike. I had bi weekly cleaning schedule on 9/10 at 1pm.
The crew was not able to enter into my neighborhood community because I live in a man gated 24/7 neighborhood and they require a valid driver's license ( for security purpose). The driver/crew did not have one and only had a work permit. Mike apologized and he reschedule for the Saturday at 9/11 at 5:30pm. He called me around 3pm on 9/11 and said they were backed up and would only make it around 7pm to my house, so we rescheduled to today 9/16 at 1pm. Mike texted me at 12:38pm saying his crew will not be able to make it because his employee was not able to get her license and that he apologizes for the inconvenience and that he understands if I would like to get a different cleaning company.
I'm not upset that they couldn't get a license. I'm very upset that Mike only texted me 22 minutes before my appointment. Oh, this is so aggravating.

When I called Walters Prestige Cleaning to inquire about getting someone who could come out and clean my home, the owner scheduled a consultation appointment with me to meet with me and figure out what tasks that I wanted them to do when they came to clean. Michael is very professional and made me comfortable that they would take care of the job, and take care of my needs ( I work nights & they worked around tthat too) into consideration and I didn't worry about my pets being scared while they were there.
