Wag More Pet Care Service

Anna provides a superb service. It is a great comfort to us to know that she will be available to take excellent care of our companion animals, and see that our house is OK when we go out of town. When she came over to meet our cats and see their home setting, we immediately felt comfortable with her. She was extremely attentive to all the information we imparted in person, and in writing. She stayed in touch with us while we were on vacation, and she included photos she had just taken of our cats in her daily messages. In addition to caring for the cats, she took in the mail, put out and retrieved the bins on garbage day, and reported on possible security concerns. She was flexible and gracious when our plans changed and we had to return earlier than expected. It happens that our cats are currently healthy, but it is great to know that she is experienced in taking care of companion animals with special health issues. She is by far the best pet sitter we have ever hired (and we have tried several over 30+ years with multiple cats in our home.)  Anna's Wag More Pet Care Service is outstanding, and we give it our highest recommendation. When I lived in Ann Arbor, I used Snaggle Foot for pet sitting and was very happy with their service. However, I moved further south and out of their service area, and had to find a new pet sitting service. I found myself outside of service range for most pet sitters, but I lucked out when I found Anna, owner of Wag More Pet Care Service. And how lucky I am, because we couldn't ask for a better pet sitter. She's incredibly kind, is passionate about animals, flexible, and has very competitive prices. I am slightly hesitant to write this review, because I'm afraid she'll get too popular and will be less available! But in all seriousness, my wife and I couldn't be happier with Anna and the work she does. We've had her for visits and overnights, and look forward to working with her for a long time to come. We have never used a pet sitter before but we were so glad we found Anna. Anna not only quelled our concerns about pet sitting but she also came to visit our incredibly shy cat, Lily, in a consultation and learn about her. FACT: Anna is the only one visiting pets--no workers or strangers. There is an added level of comfort being able to meet the one who will be within your home. I never liked services that passed off my house keys to multiple workers. Thank goodness Anna operates her business without additional workers!Above all, Anna was absolutely phenomenal! She was so thoughtful to our requests and took the time to learn about our what our cat loves to eat, play with, and do. Anna sent us pictures and updates so we were always kept in the loop and kept our girl calm and happy--which is no easy feat! She allowed us to enjoy a short vacation away and we are so thankful for the time she allowed us to travel. She even left cookies for us! I highly recommend Anna for any pet sitting service in the Ann Arbor/Ypsi area. I guarantee that you will not find anyone else more diligent, caring, and attentive to your pet as Anna. More...
