What do you love most about your job?
I love the opportunity to help my clients reach their health and wellness goals. Whether it is as simple as relaxing tight muscle and reducing stress, getting them through a pain rehabilitation program so they can live their life and be active again or reshaping their body through fitness and lipolaser, it is exciting to watch the joy my services bring to them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My business was inspired by the pitfalls in the healthcare system and the lack of care given to their patients. I have a nursing background and I became disappointed and limited in how I was able to help my patients. I searched and searched for a new model to help others in a more caring and fulfilling way. I wanted to create a new model that addresses the deeper reasons why people have pain. I wanted to be able to help others effectively, quickly and at a reasonable cost without the long wait and cookie cutter answers. Each person's body has a unique history, specific responses to therapy and needs to be given a thorough customized program.

We do not regularly take our services remotely, but we can accommodate on occasion.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We clean regularly and have an air purifier going at all times.
Massage
We offer 60,90 and 120 minute Swedish massages with options for deep tissue, hot stone, myofacial work, and stretching.
Pain Rehabilitation & Fitness
With the help of a unique neuromuscular training device we locate areas in the body that contribute to compensation patterns, immobility, pain and limited strength. This program can be used to help prevent surgery, speed postsurgical healing, eliminate pain from injury or chronic pain, create body symmetry, increase speed, strength & agility.
