I had okay workouts but I needed help with my mobility because of past knee injuries . It seemed like such basic exercises but my gosh after a month or two I was able to squat ass to grass without weight.

Enjoyed working with her and learning how to be healthy, we weren’t super focused on the weight scale, but in a few months I threw out 20 pairs of work pants!
