rolando did two separate jobs for my house1. a gutter cleaning: done quickly and i appreciated his feedback on the need to replace the gutters. no one had said a thing about a particular issue besides him, until i had another professional contractor out for something else2. window cleaning: also done quickly and well. i drop to 4 stars as there was some dirt left behind from taking the windows down. taking a couple min at the end to sweep as well as wearing some shoe sleeves and it'd have been an easy 5price on both was very competitive; would use his services again More...
