Great customer service and wonderful company to work with.  Both response time and follow up were prompt and professional.  Debbie and Jackie are a great team: very thorough and friendly.  We needed a full cleaning for a move-out and they spent a large amount of time and effort to get it right.  I would recommend this company highly! Thank you for coming back to clean the area was supposed to be clean. Hope we can get good communication next time. My friend was upset because she paid that price and the cleaner doesn't clean it well.

My experience with this company was exceptional in every way.I chose them after running a quick Google search and noticing that they were/are the only cleaning service that allowed me to book online, which in 2017 is a MUST. (Hint, hint to the other "guys"....)After booking online, I realized that I needed to reschedule and was pleased to find an EASY way to re-schedule my cleaning in my confirmation email. Again, all. online.The day of, I forgot to call my gatehouse to let them know that we'd be expecting the maid. Security ended up denying her entry, and I promptly received a call from a gentleman who I now assume to be Gus (co-owner). He let me know what had happened and requested that I call the gatehouse, assuring me that he'd get in touch with the maid in the meantime.She arrived at our door shortly after, right at the scheduled time, and made our disaster-of-a-house beautiful again.
