If our first day evaluation is any indication of what the future holds, we have successfully found Heaven on Earth for our doodle Wilson. He's a very large 6 month pup who entered directly into the bigs daycare group. The facility is amazing, staff is super friendly and checked in with me half way through his visit to give me an update, and his 6 hour nap proved that he was getting the socialization and play time he needs! We're looking forward to our journey of becoming regulars with such an awesome establishment, and can't wait to try the spa, training, and resort services! More...

First time client, would definitely come back! I took my 9 month old GSD mutt to a pop up class on confidence, lead by Jimmy and Katie. -The material geared towards human learning is concise but thorough. -The games were easy to learn, fun to play, and effective at building up the puppers. -The trainers are great - down to earth and knowledgeable, answering questions and providing feedback throughout class. They're a great example of professionalism without uncomfortable formalities. -And it was wonderful to see one of the company owners with a pup in there too! Initially I thought her dog would be the model student (my previous obedience instructor always had her dog in class for modeling), but she was in line with the rest of us. Her presence made me feel more human. We're all in the growth process, at our own place and pace. Even if you KNOW the information, practicing in a class provides invaluable structure and support. They watched over her until I was able to get there and were so understanding when I needed to cancel further dates for a little while because she was sick. Literally the only place that I will take my dog Dublin. He’s a big ole pitbull mix and everyone just loves on him, which makes my heart so happy. Brit takes the absolute best care of him!!! Everyone at the front desk is so wonderful, kind, and genuine. It’s always nice to walk in and have them remember not only Dublin, but myself as well. Uptown Pup is great. We have been taking our two pups there since they opened and our dogs absolutely love it. They go crazy when we drive by the place and absolutely nuts when we pull up to park! They always come back tired and happy. Also the staff is wonderful. We had our dogs stay over night once and had signed them up for daycare the next day. But due to renovations in the daycare our pups did not get as much time in day care as they should have. 2 weeks later I got a call that they would be crediting our account for the day cares. We absolutely LOVE Uptown Pup. We have a golden retriever and a chocolate lab, and love that they are OVERLY excited when we pull into the Uptown Pup parking lot. They love going there. So it always makes our decision to put them into daycare, or do any over-night boarding that much easier. Uptown takes care of our dogs like they were their own, and show them the love and fun that they would receive in our own home. Which we love, because when they spend time in daycare they come home and are exhausted! We've also used their grooming services for our golden retriever and would not take him anywhere else to get groomed. We love Uptown Pup, and won't go anywhere else. We also recently got married and had our dogs in daycare/boarding for the weekend but wanted a picture with them - Uptown Pup was overly accommodating and generous to help us make that happen! Our two pups were just dropped off for their third time at daycare and their second time with Brittany for grooming. I can not say enough good things about this place. The staff are all fantastic, and know our pups when they walk in the door. I have never seen our dogs as excited as they each were to walk into Uptown Pup this morning! That's when I know a place is great, is when our male who doesn't usually get too excited, was whining to get into that play room so he could see all his human and puppy friends. I was also SO impressed by their grooming. The pups came home softer and better smelling than they have ever been, and Brittany listened and followed through on how I wanted them trimmed (or not really trimmed much.)
