do NOT trust in tillery cleaning...while working on a quote i had specific requests for a move-in: deep clean in the kitchen and bathroom, including all cabinets and oven. i even told them not to worry about other rooms, which was agreed to in our messaging, so i proceeded to hire and pay them. i was on vacation and the house was empty. when actually moving in and starting to unpack, i'm discovering many of the cabinets weren't even touched, including all the ones in the bathroom and half the ones in the kitchen, and they proceeded to do other work i told them not to (supposedly...) so now i'm having to go back and do the extra work which was the WHOLE POINT of hiring someone, a luxury i don't ever treat myself to. i reached out to address my dissatisfaction of having to go back and clean what they did not, and asked for a partial refund. they were insulting of the property, not apologetic and i was told there's going to be "new dirt". NOT WHEN YOU HAVEN'T EVEN CLEANED the stuff i asked for (which was agreed to in messaging) and no one's been in the home! they refused any partial refund and clearly don't care about customer service. i highly recommend seeking other reputable companies for your future cleaning needs. What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been working for Subway for 4 years cleaning the stores & not getting paid extra for it so I decided why not start my own business. & just get paid directly for what I want to do. Plus I fond cleaning so peaceful.
