where do I begin, we called truck buds and they subbed out to Dallas best price movers. They came to move us from one house to another 2 miles down the road, they used no blankets, no tie downs. They dropped my dryer off the dolly. Every piece of furniture they moved was damaged. I called owner of both companies, at first they worked with me and assured me they had insurance, so I sent video and pictures of damage. After sending pictures they both stopped communication with me---won't answer phone calls or texts and has not called me back. So very unproffesional of both companies and I do not reccomendveither company because they obviously do not care about you or your possesions. TERRIBLE More...

This past weekend we used Truck Buds and it was great, they showed up 30 minutes early and got everthing out of the U-haul and into the aprtment in 40 minutes. The 2 guys even set up the washing machine and dryer.Both guys were very professional and helpfull. I did not have to lift a finger, It was great. I had a HORRIBLE experience using this moving service and do not recommend them. I hired them on 11/4 and had no idea that this was basically hiring a dude with a truck. .no different than a getting a neighbor or friend. I thought this was a professional service--it's not. The driver picked up a refrigerator from Lowes and delivered it to my house. I paid for an extra driver and he didn't do much of anything. Their dolly tires were flat and the helper went to the gas station to fill them up with air. My boyfriend ended up helping the mover and had the refrigerator in the house before he returned with the dolly. My boyfriend did more work than the assistant and IMO if this is a hired service why was he working? Bottom line because they we're unable to do the job. I reached out to the owner the next day and text him pics and explained the situation. He said he was going to check with the drover and offered to "make it right". I've texted him NUMEROUS times and still no reply. I reached out on 11/5, 6, 8, 10 and 30th and he's ignored every singe text I've sent.. First time using Truck Buds. I found them on Yelp. They moved a washer and dryer carefully and timely. The two gentleman were respectful and knowledgeable. They set up the washer and dryer connections after moving them. Other moving companies wanted to charge a two hour minimum fee, which was not appropriate for my situation of needed to move two appliances within my complex. After our house flooded, we needed to move all of our belongings out of the house quickly. Truck buds helped us pack our stuff and move everything to a nearby storage unit on a Sunday with just a day or two notice at a competitive price. It was the worst experience that we have ever honestly had moving anything. My wife cried all night after they broke our very expensive canopy bed. Movers should have moving blankets, dollies . Our guy had a table cloth and a tarp. I had to borrow them towels.and in turn they went ahead and kept them. We will never use this service again and will warn anyone we can about it. Danny, my truckbud, was very personable and hard working. He gave me the sense that he really was there to help me vs make a buck. He was willing to stay back and help me assemble my elliptical that we took apart to get it in my room but I told him he can leave. At my house, I had resorted a neighbor to give us a 3rd hand but he was going to be 10 minutes so Danny said let's see if we can do it ourselves, volunteered to grab the heavier side. Truck Buds is amazing to work with! They came out for a junk hauling job we had. They were able to haul off everything we had in one trip (which usually takes 2) and all in about 1-2 hours! When a box was taken by mistake I let them know and they found it before they dumped everything and held on to it before I could pick it up. Excellent customer service! I had a great experience. I needed a very heavy glass and wood china cabinet moved. The drivers Bob and Rachelle were very careful and treated the piece as as if it were there own. Their truck was clean, they used blankets and secured the piece before driving. They were very friendly and I felt comfortable having them in my home. The scheduling process was prompt and easy. Where do I start, I purchased a new bedroom set and the furniture store does not deliver. I’m on a extremely busy schedule. I literally needed the furniture picked up in 30 minutes. I was recommended this service from a friend. I downloaded the Truckbuds app and placed my order. My driver meet me at the store in 10 minutes. He did such a great job of being on time and also assuring my bedroom set was properly picked up and dropped off.
