Today I am a woman's empowerment coach, having the great privilege to have coached more than a thousand professional women in North America, Canada, Mexico and Australia. After my divorce I was in a dark place. My heart was mincemeat, my self esteem in the dumps and my willingness to live was tanking. I lost my way, I was disconnected from my reason for living. I had to get help.

I knew to create different results in my life, required different choices. Ultimately a different set of rules and risks plus many empowering choices I couldn't even see back then. Once I got the, one on one, support I needed, I was able to see my life with new eyes, more compassion and deeper connection. I was open to choices that changed my world. That is what I want for you too.

No one should ever be stuck in self defeating patterns! I wasted too much time trying to do it ALONE. That is why I am passionate about guiding women through the empowerment process to change their world. What I know about most women is they want to feel a deep sense of purpose and contribution to our world.
