If you found Cate, look no further! Cate readily recognizes a person's strengths and encourages continued development within their weaker aspects. She has an energetic personality along with a sympathetic manner which makes her very easy to discuss personal issues with. For my own experience, I had a situation with a family member that I could not understand why they acted the way they did with regards to myself. I discussed this issue with Cate and she immediately identified several items that possibly contributed to the situation and gave me really good advice and positive actions on how to approach in resolving those issues. Cate skillfully finds the humor in situations which allows one to feel good about themselves. She has great innovative ideas for solving problems.
Cate is fabulous on relationship building. I had an issue with a close friend that I could not understand why I felt the way I did. I discussed this issue with Cate and she immediately identified why. She also gave my really good advise on resolving the issue. This saved my friendship with my friend and reduced my frustration.

Cate is definitely a 5 star Life Coach! She has been helping me over the last few years with multiple life challenges:
* relationship issues with my significant other including dealing with special needs adult children
*and my elderly mother who has had many issues and is extremely negative and "controlling".
