Toque Boutique Catering was delightful to work with. They are incredibly professional. I have never hired caterers before and they took the anxiety out of everything. I got a little bit of cold feet after a deal fell through with a different caterer - but Mark was reassuring and so helpful throughout the entire process. They provided light fare for my cocktail party of 20. His staff greeted all my guests with the most sweet and sparkling personality! She assisted with all the gifts that were brought and helped with all the drinks. The food was out of this world, so delicious and presented beautifully. I hired Mark to cater a very small Covid friendly dinner for my cousin and her fiancée. He was outstanding.He was so nice and accommodated their strict Covid guidelines easily. He always responded to my emails and calls quickly. He worked WITH me to create a wonderful event that my cousin loved. She said, “He was WONDERFUL. Hiring Chef Mark was the best decision I made for my 40th birthday dinner. From beginning to end, he was extremely helpful and accommodating with all aspects of planning including not only the menu but also the setup and feel of the whole event. He really made everything so much easier to plan when he was in constant contact if I had any questions or concerns. Everything was perfect! My guests and I were wowed by the quality and presentation of the meal. The seafood was extraordinary, salad was fresh, filet was tender, fish was flavorful, side dishes were all scrumptious, and the tiramisu a delight. I’m telling you, not one complaint the whole evening. His staff was beyond amazing. Never an empty glass in the house. They truly went above and beyond. So not only was this group at Toque very professional, they were so much fun! Top notch. Best part was they left my house in pristine condition. What a lovely experience it was having Chef Mark personally prepare, cook and serve our parent's 60th anniversary dinner! Mark was responsive, professional and accommodating from start to finish . And most importantly, the food was delicious. The ricotta raviolis were creamy, the NY strip flavorful, and the tort a chocolate lover's dream. My dad commented "I'm eating things my taste buds have never experienced before."
