I scheduled moving and assembly services. I spoke to someone on the phone to clarify services needed. provided links to the furniture I needed assembled. I even received a confirmation email the day before the scheduled service. The day of the scheduled service, no one came. I tried to call and the phone went only to voicemail. I needed a simple mounting job done of a 50" tv and sound bar surround sytem. So often the simplest of jobs can become the most ridiculous experiences, so I truly appreciate when the simple things are done exceptionally well. Ollie at TLF Services replied to my inquiry within minutes. He was extremely easy to communicate with through the entire process. Scheduling an appointment was easy as well and also very important to me, Ollie was on time...a couple minutes early actually. Love that! Ollie's install job was very precise and thorough, asking my input through the process. Maybe 30-40min start to finish. Great service throughout. Hung 6 TV's and fixed 2 beds for me. Excellent job!

Olie responded to my request for a quote within 15 minutes and came out to my house the same day.

He hung my TV on the wall without issue. The whole installation only took 30 minutes,

I called to have furniture assembled and was able to be accommodated the same day. I provided him with the model numbers of the furniture pieces and he was able to find the pics/assembly instructions online and provide me with the estimate prior to coming out. He assembled a kitchen pantry cabinet, 2 writing desk, daybed, coffee table and bathroom wall cabinet..used all the pieces and did it properly with no damage! Ollie was professional, courteous, reasonably priced and will definitely receive referrals for business.
