Timeless Moments Video

We just got done watching our video and it was perfect! Everything from the sound, to a clear picture, to a perfect arrangement of our special day. We couldn't be happier that we chose this couple to be our videographers. They were a great team and captured everything! I wasn't so sure that spending money on a videographer would be worth it, but our DVD is absolutely priceless. I would recommend Timeless Moments to everyone and anyone. When I first meet with Kevin and LaVala, I could tell how much they care about the videos they create. I knew they would be the perfect fit for our big day! They took the time to show me videos of their work so that I could choose which package worked for me. My mother, fiance, and I were impressed!

Throughout the planning process Kevin and LaVala were more than just videographers to us. They helped us with planning the schedule of the day, and were there to provide support with our worries and concerns. Since they are experienced, they are knowlwedgable of many aspects of weddings and helped answer questions that didn't even have to do with video.

Kevin and LaVala created a short "love story" montage of photos that featured pictures of us growing up, and together. We played it during our wedding reception for our guests to enjoy.

They also created a video of our wedding day that included so many important details of our day- from getting ready to the last dance! Before they produced the video, they asked for songs and pictures that we wanted to include. It was the perfect personal touch! The first day I received the finished video, I was so excited that I watched it twice! It brought back all of the memories from the day, including the small details that I had forgotten about! My husband and I, as well as our families, were so pleased with the finished product.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Saybrook Point Inn & Spa. After booking with them we checked out their preferred vendor list. Timeless Moments was on their list and we are so happy they were! The moment we met Kevin and LaVala we knew they were the right pick for us. They were so thorough and spent more than ample time answering our (endless) questions. They were able to support what they said by showing us clips of weddings they have done and the quality was unbelievable.

One of our biggest worries was the thought of having camera people in our faces all night long- we shared this concern with Kevin and he ensured us that we would not feel this way on our special day. Never at any point of the night did we feel like we had a camera beside us. Kevin and his crew were able to capture amazing moments that we experienced and ones we were lucky enough to view on tape without being intrusive whatsoever. They were also able to catch moments that we didn’t get to fully experience firsthand during our busy day.

The quality of the product we received was incredible. The movie itself was very well produced from the beginning title screens to the ending credits. Kevin and LaVala also put in creative touches such as special effects and black and white candids where it was deemed appropriate during the movie. Kevin and his crew were also able to coordinate with our DJ and photographer beforehand to make sure they were always at the right place at the right time.

Exceptional!! We had two cameras on us all day with the videographer and we never knew it!! They were discreet and out of the way, yet capturing the most special moments of the day. The end product is fantastic, looks like it was made in Hollywood, not North Haven, CT!! I was originally a skeptic on the idea of a videographer because I knew how expensive they were, but now that it's all said and done, nothing makes me happier than popping in the video and re-playing such a special day in our lives.
