I believe that communication is the bridge that can either build us up as human beings or tear us down - how well we communicate is what determines it and it is a critical skill I'm honored to help my clients get really good at. I also believe its an inside out job, so we have to start having better conversations with ourselves before we can have better ones with others, so I love helping my clients make friends with their inner critic.

I was inspired to start my business after working as a news reporter for 15 years and then as a communications consultant operating a spiritual life coaching business on the side. I saw first hand the negative impact around the human tendency to not authentically speak and even be afraid to at times and knew I had to make a contribution to change it - particularly in the workplace where we all spend so much time and deserve to show up as our whole and complete selves.

I'm the coach that's going to walk you to the edge of the cliff, give you a big hug, then push you off! The distinction is I might just jump with you - no worries, I always carry a parachute:).

I provide all of my 1:1 private coaching services and some group coaching services online. We meet via Zoom.

I deliver coaching services 99% online so my clients are always in the safety of their home, office, or other remote location they choose. I've run my business online since I started it in 2016.
