My husband and I purchased a home with a uniquely shaped primary bathroom with an early 1990s design. What I appreciate most about Brad and TigerTown is that after looking at the space he truly listened to what we wanted, understood our budget, and delivered way beyond our expectations. Brad and Casey are easy to work with and communicate well. We were out of town when the majority of work was being done. Brad regularly emailed, texted, and sent videos of the work in progress. We added several things to the job as it was being done. Brad handled each addition and again, delivered beyond our expectations. He and his subcontractors were respectful of our space, and if we ask for something that his company did not do he had excellent suggestions for those who could provide services. It can be intimidating to get quotes from different companies for remodeling jobs, and then to trust a team to complete the work as expected, but those hesitations went away as soon as we met with Brad for the first time. Tiger Town is one of the most professional remodelers I have done business with. From the original quote, to the planning and design, to the final installations, Brad and his crew executed my vision flawlessly. Brad is the best! He is very knowledgeable about renovations. I asked him to help me plan a part DIY part pro renovations, and he wants to make things work for people and their unique situation. TigerTown did an AMAZING job on remodeling and updating my stair railings! First of all, they clearly use their time wisely, as they weren’t expected to get to me until December, but had a little bit of time freed up for a couple of days in august and called to ask if they could go ahead and do the job. While at my house, they were very efficient, getting the job done within a few days. They were very clean, leaving no mess at the end of each day, super friendly guys, and the quality of work was most impressive.
