Jimmy has been an excellent trainer. He is always fitting the program to my goals and takes the time to answer my questions. If I didn’t know any better, I’d think I was his only client - that’s the type of service you can expect. More...

Q&As

We will gather information that will determine where you are currently. And regardless of what state of health, phase of your personal fitness development, or obstacles you are dealing with; the resources I supply you will help you overcome your challenges. As you experience my services we will form habits in these key areas of your life: diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction, and supplementation (if necessary).

We will create you a fitness program that is unique to you. As I learn about the obstacles you encounter, I will share with you increasing amounts of resources that will help you attain your goals. I encourage you to utilize all the resources I provide you. The tools are here for you, and if you have any questions, you should always reach out because I'm here to help you.

Commitment and consistency to a professionally made program is the greatest indicator of success. I help remove all the guess work, but action (and inaction for bad habits) is the only barrier to success. I will not try and fit a square peg into a circle. If the life you do not envision yourself living requires you (this is a example) to sacrifice time with friends to do cardio, I will not force you. We will find ways to increase your health and fitness, but we will work together to find a program that you can adhere to. All along the way I will be honest about the results of the road you're taking and maintaining communication on what your goal is as it changes.

Helping my clients achieve the satisfaction of reduced pain. I do enjoy helping clients achieve their health & fitness goals, but the majority of my clientele come to me with pain related to movement on top of their goal of losing weight or body recomposition. For the majority of them (where it's related to their musculature), I can help reduce the pain with my massage therapy license in conjunction with my personal training services. It's satisfying to help someone who've been in pain for over a decade with their chronic lower back pain (this is a true story, but not a guarantee; everyone's situation & reason for their pain is different).

Working on my own I am better able to increase my quality of service without having the big box gym taking all my profit. This is the reality. I used to work for Equinox, but they took a percentage too large to allow me to focus on my services, but rather I was focusing on training more to survive. On my own, I can earn more, charge less, and provide better service. It's a win for everyone, and this is the way it should be! P.S. Even if you don't choose to work with me & you're reading this; choose independent businesses / workers! :)

I develop close relationships with my clients and care for them as if they're my friend. I've been invited to numerous weddings where my clients were getting married. Two of my groomsmen in my personal wedding were initially clients. Developing this type of relationship with my clients help motivate me to provide the best service possible. This level of service I can imagine is very different than just considering a client another customer.

I offer a discount for remote services compared to in-person sessions. I feel like online training is not the best service I can offer (again, I provide massage therapy through physical contact during my training sessions). I can try imitate and teach you how to perform these techniques on yourself, but it will not save as much time and be as effective as if I'm there.

If I come to you; I have a bottle of hand sanitizer everywhere I go. I wear my mask during our session and make sure to wipe down the equipment before and after use.

At my physical location, I do everything above. I also sanitize the gym with a cleaning/disinfectant solution.

Services

My in-person personal training sessions is the product of all of my credentials. We will utilize my massage therapy license by addressing faulty movement patterns caused by altered muscle contractions. We will discuss and find ways to improve your nutrition with my degree in Food and Nutrition. And of course we will work together to help you improve your health, fitness, and lifestyle as your coach! :)

Using my education as a personal trainer, I use movement to determine what muscle(s) may need the most attention during the session. I offer a range of techniques and tools during my massage such as active release and cupping.
