I've got Thebco working through my house installing windows and patio doors. This was the 3rd phase of our project and I couldn't be happier with our new windows! Jeff Cowles and his team nailed it. Somehow they managed to replace every window and door in my home in three days, and with such an attention to detail they even stayed a little late each day to make sure every one of them opened and shut perfectly. Friendly, punctual, and communicative, I couldn't have asked for a better installation.Incredibly happy with with the windows as well, they are beautifully made and matched the existing style almost perfectly. Final phase in replacing all of our windows was the patio door. Rick & Chris we extremely efficient and polite and in no time flat had the new door in. After a few days we called to have them check out the screen door as it wasn't sliding right and they came right out and fixed it. Devin was our installer of a new garage window and wrapping the trim of our garage doors , a side door and 7 windows. He is a skilled professional who did an excellent job with our house project. Devin's attention to detail shows in the quality of the work he did. He showed up when he said he'd be at our home and worked on Saturday to complete the project that had some weather delays. We had 13 new windows installed by Thebco last week. As you can see by the photo, we were "Lucky" to have Dan & Chase do the installation. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took their time to make sure each window was expertly installed. They immediately addressed any questions or concerns we had. 10 years ago we purchased windows for our older home from Thebco and have been very happy with them. When our local historical museum needed some windows replaced I knew just where to go. From the salesperson who does the bidding to the gentleman who came to measure the windows to the installers, everyone is very professional and the windows look great!
